We have been advertising for some time now as we do not want just any candidate but someone who holds the same values and commitment as our current amazing team.

We are somewhat flexible with our position in that it can be a permanent part-time (ie 4 days per week) or alternatively a permanent full time position.

What We're Looking For:Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous Experience: Prior experience in medical reception, particularly within a specialist practice, is preferred.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive self-starter who demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Software Familiarity: Experience with Genie Solutions Practice Software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a professional phone manner and impeccable personal presentation.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient and practice information at all times.
• Resourcefulness: Exhibit high levels of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Possess an outgoing, friendly, and polite demeanor.
• Computer Proficiency: Strong aptitude for utilizing computer systems effectively.
