Job Description

Epworth HealthCare's Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Credit).

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond.  Starting time is variable between 8 or 9am. Working from home will also be available once fully trained.

You will make an impact by:

• Collection of revenue for Inpatient, Day case, Outpatient, Medical Services and ED accounts
• Follow up and action of all outstanding accounts as per agreed KPIs
• Answering patient and insurer queries via phone and email

To be successful in this role...

This position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.

You will have:

• Strong computer skills
• A sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)
• Previous health fund or credit experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
