We are transforming the Waiting Room experience and saying goodbye to the traditional receptionist role and hello to Patient Advocates. Think concierge meets health advocate!
Key to success is a welcoming disposition, people focused approach, high level attention to detail and a passion for creating a new way of experiencing a doctor’s visit.
This role is part time, approximately 3 days a week, however for the right person we will consider full time. Flexibility to work hours between 7.30am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings is required.
Next Practice Prahran is a vibrant and refreshing environment located within the iconic Prahran Station Hotel right near the Prahran train station (Very easy to access via public transport).
To be most successful for this role you will have:
· Sound understanding of Australian healthcare system
· Experience providing customer service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Passionate about teamwork
· Excited by new technology
Highly sought-after attributes (not essential):
· General Practice (GP) reception experience
· Best Practice or HotDoc (software) experience
