The Opportunity:
An opportunity exists for experienced Patient Services Assistants to join the Support Services Teams at our Broadmeadows and Bundoora campuses. We are looking for reliable individuals who demonstrate exemplary communication skills, an efficient attitude, and a friendly, professional manner.
About you:
The successful applicants will possess and demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to communicate with patients, other members of staff and members of the public with empathy and an appreciation of confidentiality.
- Understanding of infection control cleaning processes within a healthcare environment.
- Previous experience in the operation of commercial cleaning equipment.
- Deliver excellent cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- The ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
- Certificate III in Health Services is desired but not compulsory.
