We are seeking expressions of interest for the position of New Patient Services Coordinator in the New Patient Enquiry team.We have various opportunities for people with Customer Service experience to join our team in part-time, contract positions (with flexible working hours available), located in East Melbourne.

As the initial point of contactfor many of our patients, this role is criticalin delivering excellent serviceand care to patients seeking support from Melbourne IVF and our team of medical professionals. You will be responsible for managing enquiries from a diverserange of potentialnew patients and bookingthem in for an initialconsultation.

Responsibilities

As a New PatientServices Coordinator you are responsible for,

• Providing high qualityinformation on Melbourne IVF’s services, and achieving new patient bookings
• Answering inbound phoneand web enquiries
• Making outbound phonecalls to followup new patient enquiries
• Using CRM software(Salesforce) to log and managenew patient opportunities
• Coordinating with Fertility Specialists’ rooms on new patientbookings
• Effectively prioritising new patient opportunities
• Contributing to team and processimprovements

Success in this role is measured by how effectively our team convertsnew patient enquiriesinto bookings.

To succeed in one of these roles, you will have

• Previous experience in a customer serviceor contact centrerole (where a sales outcomewas expected)
• Ability to take on feedback and continually improvethe way we interact with patients
• Ability to show compassion and empathy with patients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong administrative and computerliteracy skills
• Experience with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce, is preferable
• The ability to work autonomously, show initiative and have excellent prioritisation skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
