About this role
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our innovative Patient Services administration team. As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking that special individual with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and positivity. This role will be a mix of reception, administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling, support for our team of specialists, GPs, nurses and embryologists, and very importantly, support for our patients.
The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Previous demonstrated work experience in a medical or specialist environment
- Knowledge of Genie, Medicare and Private Health Fund billing (desirable)
- A vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement in both self and the workplace
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Full training will be provided
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong professional customer service skill set and a desire to help customers, including team members, within Adora Fertility Victoria.
You will have a high level of enthusiasm and initiative but be able to use your resilience and expertise to help new and existing patients navigate the path to commencing fertility treatment.
