About this role
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic individual to join our innovative team as a Patient Services Coordinator - Administration.
This is a part-time position for three days per week (Monday - Wednesday).
As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking that special individual with a genuinely warm, attentive and bright personality; nothing will phase you. This role will be a mix of front reception, meet and greet, and admin hub administration tasks with the opportunity to grow with our team.
The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and experience:
- A vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement in both self and the workplace.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Previous demonstrated work experience in a medical or specialist environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA and Private Health Fund billing (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Full training will be provided
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong professional customer service skill set and a desire to help customers, including team members, within Adora Fertility WA.
You will have a high level of enthusiasm and initiative but be able to use your resilience and expertise to help new and existing patients navigate the path to commencing fertility treatment.
