We are looking for an experienced team member to act as a virtual receptionist for our growing specialist Breast endocrine and general surgery practice. This is a unique, flexible opportunity. Working with the Practice Nurse and Surgeon, the right candidate can work flexibly with a combination of at-home receptionist and administration duties.
Specific tasks include:
1) Providing excellent customer service in handling incoming calls and emails to the practice.
2) Scheduling & diary management
3) Data entry
4) General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
1) Must work from home without disturbances during working hours.
2) Previous receptionist experience is preferable.
3) Experience working in high-volume practice is preferred but not essential.
4) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5) High sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure patient enquiries are promptly and accurately processed.
6) Positive, pro-active attitude, willing to go above and beyond where necessary while exhibiting compassion and empathy.
7) IT skills, including medical admin software, Microsoft Office, Adobe,
