Form of workAbel Patios seek a full time Trade Assistant/Installation Trainee to join our Patio Team. You will work with a qualified tradesperson (Team Leader) and learn the required skills to become a qualified patio installer.
Experience within the patio industry is preferable, but not essential. Ideally, you will have some exposure to the construction and building industry and be familiar with the used of most hand held tools. If you’re not afraid of hard work, learning new skills & take pride in your workmanship, this could be a great opportunity.
The role is full time and the pay is commensurate with ability and/or experience. There is genuine opportunity for career development, including promotion to a Team Leader and Supervisor, along with the attainment of qualifications along the way.
Hours of work are typically Monday to Friday 7:00am to 15:00 with some overtime occasionally required.
You will need:
A manual driver's license.
Your own hand tools specific for the role.
Current White Card.
Pre employment drug and alcohol screening.
