About the role
As a Payroll Advisor you will be responsible for managing the day to day commercial and operations needs for Blue Tongue. Reporting to the CFO and MD you will play a key role in the continued success of Blue Tongue.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Day to day operation and commercial duties involved in Payroll
- Preparing financial reports
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients
- Using various platforms to manage payroll duties
- Meeting payroll deadlines
- Ensure and manage all payroll compliance
About you
Being highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills and extensive experience in payroll, you will be able to think critically and be capable of solving complex payroll matters. You will also have:
- 3+ years’ experience within payroll function.
- Experience with WorkforceOne (Codehouse) software and external workforces (highly desirable).
- Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal stakeholders.
