About the Role
The Payroll & Data Analytics Advisor will be responsible for providing an efficient, timely and accurate payroll service to Fremantle Ports’ Employees as well as providing Human Resources Management system-based information and Data Analytics.
The successful candidate will possess:
• Sound experience with end-to-end payroll
• Experience in Data Analytics and business intelligence
The Payroll & Data Analytics Advisor reports to the Manager Employee Services.
About You
You will be a hands-on individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying HR legislation, awards, agreements, State Payroll Tax and current PAYG legislation.
Experience with Preceda (Payroll), Emplive (Timesheets) and Oracle Human Capital Management systems will be highly desirable.
The successful candidate would be required to develop and maintain reports, dashboards and interactive infolets from Oracle HCM and Payroll (Preceda) systems.
Other essential criteria include:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheet development.
- Highly self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
