Payroll, Accounts & general admin duties
Your previous Payroll experience would be an ideal background, and with that knowledge, we’d be happy to train you on the hospitality side of things if you’re not familiar with this industry, its work structures and Industrial Awards.
Main tasks are checking rosters, time & attendance and processing payroll, along with data entry/bookkeeping of accounts payable & takings, for pubs & clubs.
Payroll Tax, Superannuation, PAYG reporting, end of month reconciliations and general admin duties will also be involved, including the admin side of getting prepared to launch new venues from time to time.
We are a family business, and the role is based at our small and informal Southport office, which is separate from the venues.
Essential days for this Part Time role are Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday a possibility. Hours have some flexibility, within the ordinary business day.
