Your New Company
You will be working for a large manufacturing organisation who's head office is based out of Auckland but also have an office in Melbourne. They need a Payroll Compliance Specialist to join the team and assist with Legislation understanding and process improvement.
Your New Role
You will be reporting directly into the GM of Payroll and completing the below tasks:
- Legislation review for Australia and New Zealand
- EBA and Award Review
- Reconciliations
- Analysing business data and EBAS
- Process improvement and development
- Assisting with System changes and improvements
- Reporting
- Process writing
- Discussions with the senior stakeholders
- Remediation Review
- Working through a full Payroll compliance review and audit
- Working with the Payroll staff to develop understanding and knowledge
- Adhoc duties required for the role
What you need to succeed
Be based in Auckland or Melbourne, have previous experience in a Payroll compliance consultant role, be familiar with legislation as a subject matter expert for NZ and AU.
