Due to maternity leave, we are currently on the lookout for a Payroll and Finance officer to join our Finance team on a 12-month contract starting in May,2024.
As part of the wider Finance team, the Payroll and Finance officer is responsible for providing transactional finance services to the business across all areas inclusive of payroll, accounts payable & accounts receivable. No two days will be the same in this varied and exciting position.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role, previous experience in the Education sector is beneficial.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Solid experience across platforms including Microsoft Office, Synergetic (desirable),
- Knowledge of current payroll, financial and accounting computer applications
- Applicants must have a Working with Children Check clearance (WWCC)
