With flexibility for full-time or part-time, this position in Kingaroy will assist with all hands-on duties associated with payroll and HUMAN RESOURCES.

Kewpie commenced as a locally owned South Burnett business in 1968 and now includes several enterprises that are operated under the Kewpie banner servicing a diverse range of rural interests.
Over 55 staff work in facilities within the South Burnett and all payroll and HR processes are centralised in Kingaroy.
The Duties:
The position will provide diverse payroll and HR assistance in the following areas:
- Fortnightly electronic time sheets and payroll data for over 55 staff.
- Coordination and support for staff recruitment and selection.
- Preparation of employment contracts.
- Onboarding and inductions.
- Application of Award entitlements.
- Maintenance of staff records and safety documentation.
- Preparation of and issuing policy and procedure updates.
- Employee resignations and terminations including exit interviews.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- 3+ years of payroll and/or HR experience.
- High level communication skills including the ability to listen and engage.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Proven organizational, time management and administration skills.
- A highly developed understanding and application of confidentiality.
- A willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training.
- Tertiary qualifications in payroll / accounts / HR related fields.
- Workplace Health & Safety qualifications or experience.
- Workplace training qualifications or experience.
- Experience using BMO for payroll and/or HR programmes.
