Payroll Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team permanently and full-time. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Fortnightly Payroll Process: Ensure accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll for all employees.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of 3 Payroll Officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Implementation Management: Oversee and drive the successful implementation of ongoing payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
• Complex Awards and EA Negotiables: Interpret and apply complex awards and enterprise agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in payroll management, with extensive experience leading payroll processes and teams.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of complex awards and enterprise agreements, with the ability to navigate and negotiate effectively.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
• Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience managing payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing and compliance matters.
