Reporting to the Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in processing all weekly payroll and payroll related matters for the company.
KEY DUTIES
- Process the end-to-end weekly payroll for approx. 200 employees.
- Create and maintain employee master data.
- Balance all payroll ledger accounts.
- Preparation of payroll reports.
- Assist in the payment of superannuation and other payroll related statutory requirements.
- Reconcile salary packaging accounts, organise termination payouts.
- Assist in streamlining processes, maintain and update payroll procedures.
- General administration and maintenance of records.
REQUIREMENTS
You will have an established quality background with exposure to processing payroll, as well as:
- Demonstrated experience in a payroll role with the ability in delivering timely pay runs for 150+ employees.
- Have experience with MYOB advanced or similar payroll systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in interpreting payroll agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage varied deadlines and completing demands.
- Work comfortably in an industrial environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
