We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our exceptional team.
We're Anglican Diocesan Services (ADS), a renowned organisation supporting various agencies, including Anglican Schools, Parishes, and Anglicare. As a Payroll Officer, you'll be the go-to expert for payrolls. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently processing all payroll transactions
- Managing fortnightly payments
- Adhering to policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with awards and legislation
- Promptly resolving payroll queries
- Developing financial and operational reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in payroll/payroll management (desirable).
- At least one year of experience in a payroll position.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
