The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the processing of all payroll functions for approximately 500+ Ballarat Grammar and BGS Educational Services staff.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Experience in a payroll position, ideally within the Education sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian taxation, superannuation and payroll record keeping requirements.
- Experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Ability to collaborate and gain co-operation from a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including excellent attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and trustworthy when dealing with confidential and sensitive information and issues.
