- Demonstrated experience in full function Payroll processing.
- Experience and knowledge in legislative compliance including Taxation legislation, Superannuation legislation and award interpretation.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working Knowledge of Payroll and Rostering systems. (Chris21, RosterOn and Optima highly regarded)
- Ability to process and manage high volumes of data and adapt to changing priorities and show initiative and innovation in all aspects of the operations of the position.
- Demonstrated experience in developing process documentation and user guides.

- Proven experience performing full function payroll.
- Proven experience with Payroll and Rostering systems (Chris21, RosterOn and Optima experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards and varying shift patterns
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
