About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a career move or next step for a motivated and highly organised person to join the team at Roy Morgan as a Payroll Officer. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing including the accurate and timely preparation of our payrolls and associated processes including superannuation administration, payroll reconciliations and disbursements. You will also undertake field payroll and pay claim processes and verify field payroll and expense claims in line with company policy.
About You
You have fantastic organisational and time management skills and able to meet strict deadlines and the ability to work autonomously and inlcusively as part of a team. It would be great if you have payroll experience and if you don't we will train you and build your knowledge of payroll processes. You will have experience with computerised business systems and comfortable in learning new systems and ways of working. You can proactively problem solve, offer solutions and have very good numeracy skills. You will have excellent communication skills and a professional, personable demeanour and at ease dealing with people at different levels across the organisation.
We are open to offering this role on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
