Our client is a leading, family-owned, civil construction company specialising in early works and site preparations for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. Working with large T1 and T2 companies and with an annual turnover of over $50mil, the business is rapidly growing.
The finance team in particular are looking to streamline processes and are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team! This role will be based in the office 5 days per week from their head office in Macquarie Park.
The Role
- Working autonomously, you will be managing end-to-end payroll functions.
- Weekly payruns for around 100 employees - mixture of both blue and white collar staff
- Managing payroll transactions - group tax, payroll and superannuation
- Payroll reporting, analysis and compliance
- Using their own ERP System, integrated with Vista and Assigna
- At least 1-2 years' experience working as a Payroll Officer - background in transport, freight, construction or high-volume payroll is highly regarded
- High energy and work ethic - willing to learn and grow and expand their expertise outside of payroll
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of EBA
- Salary negotatiable and dependant on experience, from $75,000 + superannuation
- 5 days in the office, parking onsite
