This role involves working closely with our business to efficiently and accurately process our weekly and monthly payroll for 1200+ employees nationally. Using your ability to show initiative as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills.What's in it for you:

Key Accountabilities:

• Weekly and monthly payroll processing
• Employee setup, changes, and terminations
• Processing out-of-cycle adjustments
• Payroll and End of month reporting
• Training employees on payroll systems
• Responding to payroll queries and EBA interpretation

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar payroll position with exposure to interpreting Awards and EBAs in a blue-collar environment.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll processes, taxation, superannuation & payroll tax legislation is essential, as is previous experience using ADP
• Effective time management & organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, sound analytical & problem-solving skills
