As part of their strong growth they have recently expanded the business and introduced new transportation services in rural areas of Australia.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your duties will include the following:
- Provide support to the payroll manager
- Preparing and processing end-to-end payroll
- Responding to payroll related queries
- Entering new starters and leavers
- Processing Superannuation, PAYG etc
- Supporting management with process improvement initiatives
- Preparing and processing month end procedures
- Ability to interpret and adhere to industry Enterprise Agreements, awards and NES
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- At least 3 years payroll experience
- Experience in a high volume environment with responsibility for 400+ employees
- The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and operate efficiently in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
