This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, processing high volume payroll and working as part of a team. Your responsibilities: Processing payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP software on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basisCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and complianceConducting detailed analysis of payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvementSupporting month-end closing activities related to payroll accountingMaintaining comprehensive documentation of payroll transactions and ensuring compliance with regulationsUtilizing advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain complex payroll reports and modelsProviding timely and accurate responses to inquiries from employees and management Communicating effectively and working as part of a team! The right candidate: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of experience in payroll, preferably in a high-volume environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and complex formulasExcellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience with ADP preferable Interview Process: We are conducting interviews this week and aiming to onboard the successful candidate as soon as possible, with a start date for next week.
