This is a 12-month fixed term contract, however there is a high chance of the position turning in to a permanent opportunity.
The role:
- Key involvement in implementing the organisation's new payroll system
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather information to benefit the system implementation
- Risk management
- Develop a run-sheet for the payroll process in the new pay system
- Implement enhancements to streamline payroll processes and increase efficiency
- Payroll Audits
- Reconcile and remediate any past pay discrepancies
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Previous experience implementing a new system
- iChris or Chris21 experience
