About the Role
You will lead a team on large scale multi residential projects.
- Opportunity to have full ownership on projects, liaising with clients, Consultants and builders
- Leading a small team and mentoring young architects
- Undertake package reviews
- Lead key design and documentation packages and manage ArchiCAD models
- Work collaboratively with our senior practice leaders and obtain mentorship for your career
About you
You are a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are enthusiastic about delivering projects across both design and construction phases with a constant focus on design, detail and quality. We look forward to welcoming designers with:
- 10+ years postgraduate experience in coordinating complex multi-residential or mixed-use projects in a similar role
- Strong Archicad Skills
- Demonstrate design skills in both resolution of floor plans and façade design.
- Able to work autonomously with confidence in leading a team
- Coordination of complex projects in a similar role
- Sound understanding of the DA process and SEPP 65 / ADG / NCC
- Experience in high rise developments, with focus multi-unit residential detail resolution
- Strong commitment to maintain professional development
