  • Full Time Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2024 (possible extension + permanency)

About the role 

As our Projects & Implementation Lead, you will support our Child and Family services through a period of significant industry change by managing system, process, and other related projects from end to end. Working closely with the Director, Operations and Management team to successful delivery projects while enhancing staff’s ability to embrace and implement changes and improvements.

This role will suit a Manager, or Senior Team Leader who is looking to advance their career and develop their skillset beyond operational leadership. In this role, you will apply and elevate your existing skills to focus more strategically on aligning projects, retaining, and winning new service contracts, setting up new services and teams, and providing operational and strategic analysis and reporting.

About you

You will have a relevant Social Work qualification and

  • Demonstrated experience in Child Protection, Domestic & Family Violence or Family Preservation, ideally in a frontline leadership capacity
  • Project management experience including planning and delivering quality results in a timely manner
  • Track record of bringing staff on the journey of change and delivering results through people
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to successfully influence and engage a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Good written and reporting skills including ability to draw insights from raw data
