Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry activities on residential and commercial construction projects.
- Lead a team of carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule work, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
- Provide hands-on carpentry expertise, including framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work, as needed.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices, fostering their skill development and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and tools required for carpentry work, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify hazards, maintain cleanliness, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Provide operational direction, leadership, and accountability in the field and office.
- Track and report work progress and percentage of completion on multiple projects

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
