The Opportunity
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transitioning Arnotts payrolls to the selected platform, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, P&C team members, D&T, and external vendors for a successful implementation. This two-year contract role requires strong project management skills and prior experience in payroll technology implementation.
The Accountabilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the project to transition The Arnott’s Group ANZ to a new payroll system.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- In collaboration with project team members, identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Coordinate team members and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, presentations, and status reports.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, quality of work, and adherence to contractual agreements; escalating as required.
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- 7 + years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading payroll or payroll related technology implementation projects and teams in corporate environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project streams concurrently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
