Our client, a reputable Engineering Organisation based in Perth, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise in payroll processing and compliance.
Your new role
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Pronto and MYOB.
- Manage timesheets, ensuring timely submission and accurate recording.
- Handle Superannuation, PAYG Tax, FBT, and Workers Compensation calculations.
- Interpret and apply multiple Awards and Agreements.
- Assist with employee terminations, including final pay calculations.
- High Volume - 300 plus with multiple payroll cycles
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
- Experience with Pronto and MYOB systems.
- Knowledge of Superannuation, PAYG Tax, FBT, and Workers Compensation.
- Familiarity with various Awards and Agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient Microsoft/Office 365 package
- Payroll projects experience
