About the role
Reporting to the GM Remuneration, Systems & Services, you will work closely with the Financial Controller (based in China) to ensure payments are made on-time to employees and third parties.
This role is an office based in Osborne Park, WA.
Key Responsibilities

• China Payroll Specialist to manage outsourced payroll for employees in China
• Must speak Mandarin
• Must have experience with payroll requirements in China, including the calculation of Individual Income Tax (IIT), social benefits and housing fund deductions

What you'll bring to the team

• Previous experience in payroll, preferably in the mining and resources industry
• SAP HR/Payroll experience highly regarded
• Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm during busy periods
