We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to provide payroll support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain a fortnightly end to end payroll function for our client and ensure compliance with current Awards, legislation, provisions, guidelines, contracts, policies & procedures.
- Perform payroll administration and maintain employee records including setting up new starters, terminations, and payments, pay increases and back-pays and the 30 June year end function.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the payroll function and systems and ensure internal control procedures are met and comply with legislative requirements.
Requirements
- Experience processing payroll for up to 450 employees from beginning to end.
- Experience using HR3 software.
- Proven ability to manage independent workload and process work in a timely manner.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
