We have an exciting opportunity in the HR and Payroll team for an Oracle E-Business HR & Payroll Specialist.
Reporting into Technical Stream Lead, you will work with a team responsible for enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the Oracle HRMS Suite, particularly in the areas of Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service Human Resources, and Oracle Time and Labour modules. In this role, you will lead and deliver supporting solutions, which include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom extensions and integrations with third-party and legacy systems. eHealth supports all NSW Health employees' operational payroll and as part of an upgrade project of Core HR and Self Service Human Resources modules to Oracle HCM Cloud application. What you will do
As an integral member of the HR and Payroll team, you will:
- Take the lead on tasks related to complex migration, extension design and build, implementation, and transformation activities, ensuring they align with technology solutions, services, and component roadmaps.
- Design and deliver large or complex projects that support the roadmap vision and achieve desired outcomes, while identifying and recommending ways to mitigate risks and dependencies affecting system interoperability.
- Generate technical documentation and additional project materials adhering to governance standards.
- Gain and enhance skills in various cloud technologies based on project requirements and the technology roadmap.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Sound knowledge and hands-on technical experience with Oracle HR, Payroll, OTL and SSHR
- Solid development skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula and Java
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Application Development Tools such as Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder and AME
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud will be an added advantage
