About The Role
Fostering strong partnerships with both our trusted outsourced provider and the dynamic internal Finance team, this role is all about delivering key insights for configuring software tailored to Thiess' unique structure, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA), pay rules, and reporting needs. It's a specialised IT/systems position, requiring expertise in Oracle HCM and the cutting-edge Ceridian Payroll Platform Preceda. Join us in shaping the technological backbone of our payroll processes.
Additionally, you will:
Collaborate closely with the Pay systems Team Lead to enhance Oracle knowledge
Take the lead by covering for Pay systems Team Lead and supporting Pay Accounts Teams
Maintain Thiess Staff & GL Workbook with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate change requests and updates seamlessly with Ceridian, our trusted outsourced partner
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with ASG/WIPRO, contributing to our collaborative success
About You
Your seamless communication, both verbal and written, adds finesse to the flow of ideas and information. Additionally you have:
Hands-on experience with computerised pay systems
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Innate numeric aptitude, turning data into insights and driving informed decision-making.
