SalaryOur client is seeking a Payroll System Data Analyst to assist with significant project work.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, perseverance, and previous involvement in audit procedures. A prerequisite for this role is proficiency in Aurion software, with additional Aurion configuration experience highly preferred. Extensive familiarity with payroll operational functions, including interpretation of Industrial Relations (IR) and Core Agreements, is essential. The ability to swiftly adapt to evolving business demands within tight deadlines is crucial in this dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation is necessary to drive decision-making, foster process enhancements, and facilitate business transformations. Experience with the Queensland Government is highly advantageous. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a collaborative spirit, promote open communication, and demonstrate active and attentive listening skills.
