We are currently seeking a proactive and talented P&C Coordinator to join the People team.
The Opportunity:
As our P&C Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving wellbeing initiatives, coordinating company events, and enhancing employee engagement. This multifaceted position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the organisational culture and contribute to the continued success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and implementation of the Wellbeing Program.
- Manage content coordination across internal and external multimedia platforms, including internal communications and social media.
- Coordinate employee excellence awards, performance cycles, and other people-related initiatives.
- Oversee graduate programs, from recruitment to onboarding.
- Develop compelling presentations and communications for various HR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to senior members of the People team.
