Operation Support Specialist (Service Coordinator/scheduler)

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Service Coordinator/Operations Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. • Coordinating field technician activities, ensuring efficient deployment and optimal resource utilization.
• Dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites, optimizing travel routes and maximizing productivity.
• Handling daily invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generating purchase orders and managing procurement needs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data entry, ensuring data integrity.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the team's operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Experience in a similar role within the service industry or operations support would be highly advantageous.ProfileTo be successful in this position you will:

• Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
• Experience coordinating/scheduling field technicians in a fast paced environment
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
• Experienced with data entry and analysing data.
• Experienced working with MS Office - Excel
• Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
• A customer centric focus
• Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.
• Experience within customer service in a call centre/team environment (mandatory)
• Familiarity with KPI targets
