We're on the lookout for a versatile and enthusiastic Support Staff Member to join our team at Currumbin State School P&C Association. This part-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be a key player in supporting the operations of the P&C.
About the Role:
Hours: Permanent Part-Time with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 38 hours depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between department managers/school and executives.
Assist our bookkeeper with payroll and invoice processing.
Handle general administrative tasks including but not limited to email correspondence, document scanning, and data entry.
Provide flexible support to various departments; tasks might include helping in the tuckshop, covering breaks, assisting in the uniform shop during peak times, assist at Currumbin Kids Club OSHC as requested by the coordinator and filling in for absent staff as needed.
Assist the executives with fundraising events as requested.

Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus, but it is not required.
Must have bluecard or are willing to obtain prior to starting
