We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission to support and advocate for the needs of our clients and their families. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to clients within the NDIS framework.

This role offers a wide range of clinical experience, with the current caseload including assessment and treatment of children with attention difficulties, autism, coordination difficulties, learning difficulties, sensory processing and social/emotional difficulties.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' functional abilities and identify areas for intervention,
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines,
• Keep up to date with current developments in Occupational Therapy and ensure these are reflected in service delivery,
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records,
• Provide education and support to clients and their families

Qualifications
• Recognised degree in occupational therapy,
• Registered or eligibility to register with AHPRA,
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates,
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention,
• Demonstrated experience using a client and family-centred approach,
• Demonstrated experience working with a multi-disciplinary team,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with clients and their families,
• Working with Children Check and Police Check,
