The Opportunity
We are currently working with a key client of ours to source an experienced PEGA Consultant to work within a small Agile SAFe team, closely with the Department’s customers, business subject matter experts, end users, developers and other technical specialists. The role will conduct analysis and define requirements to support the uplift of the Designs business system. The PEGA Senior Business Analyst will work as a team member in a cross functional Agile Team and is responsible for the analysis, design and development of solutions for the Pega platform. The role is to ensure that the architecture of the delivered solution matches or exceeds business requirements.
All candidates applying for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Baseline Security Clearance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with SME’s, technical developers and customers to define, analyse and evaluate requirements and processes within a PEGA solution
- Experience with Pega CDH implementations on cloud
- Ability to guide customer requirements to match Pega platform features
- Ensure that business analysis leverage on Pega tools
- Oversee high- and low-level solution design ensuring that implemented requirements fits with business requirements
- Stay abreast of new developments in decisioning and analytics space
- Provide BAU administration and support to the user-base
- PEGA Business Architect Certification.
- Demonstrated experience over multiple years working as a Senior Business Analyst using agile methodology (SAFe preferred), on large and complex IT systems (provide details)
- Experience with BPM and cloud-native technologies
- 4+ years of relevant Pega Decisioning experience
- Pega Decisioning project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Incremental/Iterative Software Delivery methodology
- Excellent understanding of latest Pega architecture including Enterprise class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling and Rule resolution
- Exposure to Pega CRM for Banking & Financial Services, Insurance or any other industry
- Experience on Pega CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing and Decisioning frameworks
- Experience on Pega Customer Life Cycle Management frameworks
