Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, with a specific emphasis on PEGA system functionalities.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of PEGA systems to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using PEGA technology.
- Develop detailed PEGA system designs and specifications based on business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of PEGA solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in UAT activities to validate the effectiveness of PEGA system implementations.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of PEGA system functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, system designs, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PEGA system functionalities and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on PEGA systems.
- PEGA Business Architect Certification is required.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective PEGA solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering, system design, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
