What will you be doing?
- Providing expert HR advice and solutions tailored across a diverse portfolio of employees and leaders.
- Managing and navigating employee relation matters.
- Implementing and administering a range of HR policies, procedures, and processes across the employee lifecycle to ensure compliance.
- Identifying process enhancements and embracing technology to consistently uplift our People processes.
- Offering HR interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with our dynamic HR team to share knowledge, advocate best practices, and collectively drive success.
- A customer centric, people-focused individual with a passion for delivering pragmatic HR solutions.
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Proficient in supporting leaders to maximize the effectiveness of the people system, experience using Workday advantageous.
- Ability to leverage our employee system platform to streamlining administrative tasks and empowering leaders to focus on strategic initiatives.
- A solid understanding of HR organizational policies and processes.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Knowledge of operational business functions.
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills.
- Relevant experience in human resources, supporting an operation business of 300+ staff
- A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline (desirable).
