People and Culture Administration Support

The role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Administration Support to join our People and Culture Team.
This is a busy role providing a key point of contact for People and Culture related queries and it would suit someone who looking for a career in Human Resources or similar in the long term.
While this is a full time position, part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
This role will be based in our Tamworth Office.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Attending to team member enquiries
- Recruitment and onboarding administration
- Maintaining up to date personnel records
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of team member leave records
- Assist in preparation of career development documentation and administration.
- General HR correspondence and administration as required.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have previous administration experience and have a genuine interest in developing a HR career.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with good organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Xero would be highly regarded
