The Role
Working closely with the support of the COO you will manage the day-to-day HR function with the support of a small team, work collaboratively to implement aspects of the HR Strategic plan, review and uplift employee engagement, roll out learning and development with the support of the national team, review HR processes and framework bringing required change to uplift capability and engagement.
This position will also review business communications from HR, manage the bi-annual performance review process and ensure compliance. Managing HR budgets and providing regular reporting to the COO will also form part of the key responsibilities. Salary commensurate with experience, circa $120K for 3 days.
About You
You are an experienced P&C Generalist who has always had a leaning to OD, your preference for work is part time. Qualified as a HR Practitioner and with demonstrated experience in a corporate work environment, you understand what high performance looks like and thrive in an environment that is seeking uplift and change to further engage their people.
Systems literate and with commercial nous, you are a people person with the ability to build credible relationships, influence and negotiate solutions for all parties.
