As the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to lead exciting projects aimed at elevating our employee experience and contributing to our strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the People and Culture Manager will mentor and support their direct report, the People and Projects Coordinator whose focus is on coordinating the firm's learning and development. This role can suit a seasoned human resources professional or an early career professional of 4+ years' experience wanting a career growth opportunity. An individual with a true passion for working with people, effective communication skills, a solutions-focused nature and innovative flair, will thrive in our collaborative corporate services department.
This full-time role can be tailored to suit the flexibility needs of the successful individual. Compressed working hours (allowing for fortnightly or monthly RDOs) can be explored in the interview process. Some travel to Ulton's office locations is required. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to commence from August 2024.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR generalist, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
