The Role An exciting opportunity is available for a People and Culture Manager to join the team at Shermac. This newly created role will develop and manage all aspects of People, Culture and Human Resources.

This role will suit someone who is committed, easy going and has a hands on approach. Based in Bayswater with 2 days a fortnight in Dallwallinu. Key Responsibilities include: Drive and maintain a transparent and productive culture Management and coordination of all HR processes and administration Talent attraction and retention Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction Policy, Procedure and Process management Establish and maintain a robust performance management system
