The Role:
As the People and Culture Manager you will identify, design, develop, and lead a full range of HR services across 110 employees throughout the Northern Rivers.
You will have oversight and accountability for all HR-related activities and manage the full employee life cycle.
The position reports into the Chief Operating Officer and you will manage a HR team who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR administration, compliance, payroll and recruitment.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and lead the HR strategic plan.
- Culture, engagement and change management.
- Work transition, organisational design and people capability.
- Coaching and performance management.
- Onboarding and offboarding.
- HR Process improvement.
- Oversee the recruitment function and support executive recruitment.
- Industrial Relations and workplace health and safety.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a HR team, encompassing people management, administration, and compliance.
- Solid working knowledge of performance management processes and Fair Work requirements.
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Quality assurance expertise in tools and methodologies.
- High-level relationship management skills.
- Advanced verbal, written, and report writing skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
