Reporting into the CEO, the role you play will be critical to the development of the business and the alignment of key elements of the People & Culture Strategy to the overall Business Strategy. You will partner with leaders and people at all levels to build capabilities in core People & Culture and Learning and Development and work with leaders to deliver on business targets.
