Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition for all incoming employees.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including the preparation of necessary paperwork, orientation schedules, and training materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding period.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Recruitment and Onboarding, incorporating innovative approaches to continuously improve our practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
- Proven experience in Recruitment and Onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Employment Hero, Go1 training program) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
